Mediation Fees

Full Day Rate: $4,250/ 4 to 8 hours (including prep and follow-up time)

Half Day Rate: $2,500/ Less than 4 hours (including prep and follow-up time)

Brian is an experienced online Mediator and hosts private and secure mediations through the Zoom Pro platform. Online mediations are not limited to the Southern California region. Brian has conducted online mediations with clients throughout the country and the clients do not need to travel or be in the same location to participate. Zoom Pro has several features beneficial to mediations such as private breakout rooms and the ability to share settlement agreements or other documents through screen sharing.

The parties should agree in advance to determine the share of the fee to be paid by each party.  The mediation fee shall be made payable to Brian Nelson Mediation, LLC no later than one week prior to the mediation date. Brian accepts payments via checks to the address on his W-9 form or via Zelle to Brian@BrianNelsonMediation.com.
